BBNaija S6: Team Xcellent wins smartphone, N250,000 each in Tecno video task

The Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemates participated in a challenge organised byTecno Mobile and Team Xcellent emerged victorious in 

the video task.


Members of Team Giveaways include Angel, Nini, JMK, Jaypaul, and Peace and they all get one smartphone and N250,000 each as winners, according to the announcement on Friday.


The task which took place on Thursday, day 28 of the show, involved two parts and the housemates were divided into four teams: Team Xclusive, Team Xceptional, Team Xcellent, and Team Xtraordinary.


The first part of the challenge had two games: Word unscrambler and X-rush. Word unscrambler required the housemates to unscramble words relating to the Tecno brand.


Team Xclusive won that round by unscrambling more words and sentences within the allotted time.

Members of the team: Whitemoney, Pere, Liquorose, Emmanuel, and Michael won N100,000 each and Tecno branded items for this win.


The announcement read, “The second teaser game, X-rush, required agility and dexterity, two requirements that team Xceptional had in abundance. Kudos to Cross, Sammie, Jackie B, Boma, and Saga.


“You have each won the sum of N100,000 naira and Tecno branded items.

“For the second part of your task, each team was asked to get creative and develop a stage play which addresses and proffer solution to the following social challenges: domestic violence, child education, gender inequality, and drug abuse.


“Creativity, innovation, clarity of message, phone videography, and editing skills were the criteria by which your presentations were judged.


“Congratulations to Team Xcellent for meeting all the criteria laid down for the task. Jaypaul, JMK, Peace, Angel and Nini.


“Each of you will receive the sum of N250,000 and one Tecno Phantom smartphone.”
