Three new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Lagos State, bringing the number of positive cases in Nigeria to 30.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed this on its Twitter handle on Sunday.
NCDC tweeted, “Two cases are returning travelers and one is a contact of a confirmed case. “As of 05:28 pm on the 22nd of March, there are 30 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. .

2 have been discharged with no deaths.”
